The Nike Air Max Goadome was created by Carl Blakeslee, a Senior Designer at Nike’s ACG division between 1998 to 2005. The silhouette got its name from French “Goa” music which played in Parisian clubs at the time, as well as the ACG Lavadome, which was another inspiration behind the design; hence “Goadome”.
