Founding HUF back in 2002 in San Francisco, Keith Hufnagel grew his skateboard boutique into one of skating\u2019s top brand’s thanks to its clean aesthetic, provocative designs, and quality craftsmanship. Another top contender in the skateboarding world is of course Nike SB, creating some of the most sought-after sneakers of all time.<\/p>\n
The sneaker takes after two of HUF\u2019s previous collabs with Nike, the Air Max 1 and the SB Dunk High. The grey and green colorway takes after the AM 1, with the tie-dye quarter panel taking after the SB Dunk High. On the tongue reads \u201cWait\u2026What?\u201d, while the same branding via the SF Giants-style type appears on the heel and tongue. HUF branding is seen on the toebox with the skyline on the heel and a grey midsole and anthracite outsole finish off the sneaker.<\/p>\n

On the Nike Dunk, you get a slim, mesh tongue.\u00a0On the SB Dunk, the tongue has been beefed up to provide more cushion and protection. By being thicker, the tongue helps with the fit as well. It enables the sneaker to mold to your feet, preventing any slipping or wiggling. The tongue is held down with elastic straps which provide an added layer of lockdown.
