Inspired by punk rock and boasting bold layered detailing, the one-time basketball silhouette worn by the likes of Julius “Dr. J” Irving has been pushed in a bold new direction. The Pro Leather’s high-cut upper provides a capable canvas for bold printed patterns. Stark white punk-style graphics sit on a black Tyvek base, ranging from a sneering visage to a “Stop Lying To Yourself” hit. Delicate by design, this crinkled construction is made to wear down over time, letting the print gradually fade for a truly individual broken-in style. It’s protected by a translucent outer layer with a Converse Chevron logo that ensures the print doesn’t fade too fast.
