Although the alterations from the standard pair are undeniably distinct, the look is still based around a crisp sky blue leather upper, adorned with metallic silver Swooshes and white Helvetica text on the medial quarter. After that dose of familiarity, however, this model becomes wildly divergent from its predecessor. A doubled-up lacing system with standard white laces over the throat and a set of wide-reaching blue laces secured by black anchors nod to Abloh’s 2019 Dunk Lows. The aforementioned Swoosh may be silver, but it’s surrounded by black thread and a black hangtag in place of the other version’s blue and red accouterments. White leather is placed on the heel tab and heel strip, and for a finishing touch midsoles are done up in black with a white “AIR” hit.

Fragment X Air Jordan 3 Sample New Releases

Created for designer Hiroshi Fujiwara of Fragment Designs, this previously unseen Air Jordan 3 Retro comes in premium white tumbled leather with blue accents on the midsole, Jumpman logo on the tongue and Nike Air branding on the heel. Replacing the signature elephant print on the toe cap and heel counter is smooth black leather along with a Fragment lightning bolt logo stamped on the lateral side of the heel.
