All of our products are custom-made and require 1-3 business days to produce. Following production, orders typically take 12-20 days to arrive at their destination. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Tracking and Delivery Estimates
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification with your tracking number.
- Estimated delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected.

Returns and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
Qualifying Returns:
- The wrong item was shipped.
- The item was damaged.
Return Requirements:
- Items must be unworn with the original tags attached (including security tag, if applicable).
- Items must be returned in the original packaging.
- Please include a copy of your order confirmation with your return.
Non-Qualifying Returns:
- Items that have been worn or altered.
- Items without the original tags attached.
- Items that have been damaged by the customer.
Re-shipment of Returns
If your return qualifies for a refund, we will gladly re-ship your order to you without any additional charges.
Please note:
- It is your responsibility to ensure that the returned items are packaged securely to avoid damage during transit.
- We recommend obtaining tracking and insurance for your return shipment.
