Size

• S to XXXL are our normal stock sizes.
• We also manufacture sizes XXS, XS, 4XL and 5XL but these are made to special order. If you require these sizes please add a note to the order specifying the special order size you need.
• Special order sizes take 10 – 14 days for manufacture.

European Cut

• All of our clothing is European cut which means that it is generally cutsmall. You may need to order one size larger in jerseys and jackets compared to USA cut cycling clothing. With shorts, bib shorts, bib tights, etc. the cut is more standard sizing.

Cycling Apparel Fit

• Cycling clothes are designed to fit correctly when you are in a “tuck” position (i.e. bent forward at the hips). The braces on the bib shorts should feel snug across the shoulders when standing upright, yet comfortable in a tuck position. Also note that most windproof jackets are cut larger than long sleeve jerseys, but are designed to be worn with just one base layer underneath.

While climbing with many other riders, jump out and be the leader doesn’t guarantee requiting—but you will find that hiding behind others will save you a lot of energy. Moreover, when you climb higher and higher, the influencing factor of wind is becoming more and more obvious, that you will be influenced a lot even rushing out with low speed. From the aerodynamic aspect, riding following others has the psychological benefits. And if you keep a steady pace and do a little bit of work on most of the slopes, you'll be able to reach the peak.

2. Ride at small gear ratio

In my opinion, most people ride at a large gear ratio. The first time I climbed Mount Washington with the distance of 7.6 miles and an average slope of 11.6%, I used the previous gear ratio. The only way to climb to the top was to ride and stand all the way, with an average pedaling of 55. Now I use a relatively small gear ratio of 11-32T flywheel, which enables me to ride on the saddle and maintain a high pedaling frequency. After this, the sense of heaviness and the accumulation of lactic acid in both legs disappear.
